Printing the Presentation

When you have finished editing the presentation contents, you can print your presentation by selecting File, Print from the menu. In the PowerPoint Print dialog box, you can select what pages to print, what slide content to print, and how many copies to print. You can also choose to print all the presentation's slides, just the current slide, or a specific combination of slides. You have even more options for determining the contents to be printed. For example, you can print the slides, speaker notes, handouts, or the presentation's outline.
