Dialing a Contact

If you want to have Outlook dial the phone for you, right-click the contact you want to call and choose Call Contact. The New Call dialog box is shown in Figure 16.10. Note the option to create a journal entry at the start of the call. To start the call, click Start Call. When you're prompted, take the phone off the hook, click Talk, and begin your call.
