1.	Discuss the problems associated with the "in spec/out of spec" style of thinking associated with "Zero Defects" in software development contexts. What remedy does the Taguchi methodology offer?
2.	Give three examples of "signals" and "noise" in the software development context.
3.	Propose a set of recommendations to improve the software development process.
