1.	Discuss the reasons why DFTS may be difficult to implement, and suggest measures an organization may take to overcome these odds.
2.	Describe how the 4 P's work in Toyota. How can you adapt them in a software development organization?
3.	Prepare to carry out a mock assessment for organizational preparedness before a DFTS initiative. Discuss this with the class. Assign specific roles to class (team) members for the mock exercise. Present the findings to the class.
