In Chapter 5, "Designing and Prototyping an Application," we designed the music store application and prototyped its basic features. We used incremental development and testing techniques to build the application one piece at a time and ensure that each piece works as expected. In this chapter, we continue using those techniques to prototype some of the more advanced features of the application's matching component: scheduled subscriptions and state maintenance. After implementing these features, the prototype will be complete and ready for end-to-end testing.
