FileIn all the .iff files from the Lesson11 folder.
You should have the following eight clips: car_mask, laser1, laser2, laser_reflection, logo, mercedes_comp, woman, and woman_roto.
Take a moment to view the final composite before starting.

Find the mercedes_comp clip and load it into the Viewer.

On the Globals tab, set the timeRange to 1-70.

Click the Home icon at the bottom-right of the interface to set the Time Bar range.

Click the Flipbook icon and play the clip once it is loaded.
What you have here are your standard computer-generated laser beams and reflections added to a live-action background plate of a woman walking in front of a sports car.

Repeat steps 36 to play the woman and laser clips.
8.
Load the woman_roto and car_mask clips into flipbooks and play them.
The car_mask clip will appear black because it contains only an alpha channel.
9.
Press the A key with your cursor over the car_mask flipbook to display its alpha channel.
10.
Play the car_mask flipbook.
The car_mask and woman_roto clips will be used to isolate certain elements in the layering process.
