Tracking is a technique that involves selecting a particular region of an image and analyzing its motion over time. Once analyzed, the motion can be applied to another clip.

In this lesson you will use tracking to stabilize shaky images, match-move a neon globe to the top of a building, and perform a four-point track to insert an image onto a television screen.

You will use corner-pinning to match the perspective of the skier to that of the TV screen after they are composited together and tracked.
