Destabilizing the Composite

In the beginning of the lesson, you stabilized the car clip so that it would be easier to add elements to the scene. Now that the shot is completed, let's add the motion from the car clip to the composite. I call this destabilization even though it is no different from a match move. You are just using the same tracking data originally used to stabilize the clip, but in a different way. If you invert the stabilization data, you get a match move.

1.	Highlight the Over1 node and select a Stabilize node from the Transform tab. Note For those of you using the full version of Shake, you can just copy and paste the Stabilize1 node using Command-C and Command-V and jump ahead to step 4. (The trial version of Shake included with this book does not allow you to copy and paste.)
2.	Right-click track1 and select Load Track.
3.	When the Select Track menu pops up, choose Stabilize1.track1 and click OK. Stabilize1.track1 is loaded into Stabilize2.track1.
4.	Make applyTransform active and set inverseTransform to Match.
5.	Make a flipbook. All done.
6.	Quit Shake.
