Replacing an Image Placeholder

After you have created the final graphic or received the necessary image from your client, you need to replace the image placeholder you used to approximate the graphic.

Tip

You can also use this same technique to replace one image with another.

1.

Double-click the image placeholder in the Document window.

The Select Image Source dialog box opens.

2.

Select the class.jpg from the Lesson_05_Graphics/Images folder and click Choose (Macintosh) or OK (Windows).

The image replaces the placeholder in the Document window. The name and alt text that were assigned to the image placeholder are now applied to the image.
