Getting Printing Help

Printing a file as an image may not resolve printing problems with some PDF documents. If you encounter problems, you can easily access help for printing PDF documents. Adobe's Web site contains Web pages and documents to help you resolve your printing problems.

To access the printing solutions on the Adobe Web site:

1.	Open a PDF document in Adobe Reader.
2.	Select File > Print.
3.	Click the Printing Tips button in the Print dialog. Your default Web browser launches and takes you to the Adobe Support Knowledgebase (Figure 6.13). Figure 6.13. Click Printing Tips in the Print dialog to open a page on Adobe's Web site with help information for printing PDF documents.
4.	Scroll the Web page to review solutions for printing problems. From this page you can get more information on Acrobat products, log on to forums, review training information, download files, and more.
