You just inserted a video transition. Now you'll work on the audio. You'll apply a Crossfade audio transition that fades out the audio on the clip before the transitionfrom 100% volume to 0%and fades it back in on the clip after the transitionfrom 0% volume to 100%. Since Premiere Elements stores audio transitions in the Effects folder, just like video transitions, applying audio effects is very similar. Select the Constant Power effect. Hold down the mouse button and drag the transition to the intersection of the two clips. Release the mouse button. Note that you can adjust the duration of audio transitions using the same technique described earlier for video transitions; just click and drag either edge. |
