This is the best value when your warranty expires. For $49.95 ,you get a year of extended warranty coverage, two years of phone support, and a one-time free screen replacement.

Advance Exchange

Under normal warranty conditions, you send your broken handheld in to be repaired, and palmOne sends you back a fixed handheld. With Advance Exchange, available for $40, palmOne sends you a new device before fixing your broken one. The palmOne Care plan waives the fee altogether you get a replacement handheld within three business days with no additional shipping charges.

Phone support

You get 90 days of free telephone support. After that, phone support is $25 per call or $44.99 per year. Under palmOne Care, telephone support is included at no charge.
