Fired. Laid-off. Downsized. Excessed. Enron'ed. These words can sting plenty when they describe you. No matter how much you hated the commute, disliked the company, or despised the boss, you probably would have liked to leave on your own terms and not with a pink slip in hand.

Did you ever consider that losing your job just might be the best thing that ever happened to you? Didn't your mother ever tell you that when one door closes , another one opens? What if your best opportunity is just through the next door? Would you ever have taken the chance to work from a home office if you weren't kicked out the corporate door?
