When systems are in need of an updated PSP, ROM, driver, or utility; software and drivers can be downloaded from the HP Web site at the ProLiant Software and Drivers Web page (http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/index.html) shown in Figure 7.10.

Two convenient search options are available:

• Option 1: Locate by Product : Search by product, and OS returns a categorized list of OS-specific files for a specific ProLiant server model, for example, the "DL380 G3" files for "Windows 2003."

• Option 2: Locate by Category : Search by OS and category returns a list of a single category of files for a specific OS, for example, "Driver-Storage" and "Windows 2003."
