Chapter 10. System Administration

One of the challenges inherent in keeping any computing infrastructure running smoothly is that of effective system administration. Previous chapters in this book have touched on system administration in various aspects of ProLiant servers, deployment techniques, Active Directory (AD) management, and so forth. This chapter will go into a little more depth in some areas such as third-party tools, built-in tools, and Windows Management Interface (WMI) scripting, and finish up with some troubleshooting tips and tricks.
