Deleting a Note

Click the note you want to delete to select it.

Click the Delete button on Outlook's toolbar.

The note is deleted.

INTRODUCTION

To keep your notes organized, you may want to delete any notes that are no longer valid or needed. Note that you are not prompted to confirm the deletion of a note.

TIP

Deleting with the Menu or Keyboard

If you prefer, you can right-click the note and select the Delete command. Alternatively, you can click the note in the main Notes window to select it and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
