Opening a Form

After you open the database that contains the form you want to use, click the Forms option in the Objects bar.

Forms you have created for this database are listed. Click to select the form you want to open.

Click the Open button in the database window's toolbar.

The selected form is displayed.

INTRODUCTION

When you want to enter or view records using a form, you need to open the form first. You do so from the database window.

TIP

Opening and Closing Forms

If you prefer, you can double-click the form in the database window to open it. To close a form, click its Close button.
