With a maximum PSI of 10 you get your points on Step 4 as follows :
If every job on your list has a human being's name against it award yourself a PSI of 3.33. As we said, it may be that early on in a project you don't know who all the people are, but you should be striving to find out as quickly as possible. A score lower than 3.33 here will (hopefully) keep you focused on the fact that there are issues here which haven't been resolved.
If you take people's other commitments, including your own and especially your project management one, into account award yourself 3.33.
If you do the maximizing the strengths analysis that we described earlier award yourself a PSI of 3.33.
