This chapter covered several of the general CLI commands to configure IDS version 4.0 sensors. We described using the setup and copy commands to configure and save sensor settings. This chapter also described the commands to create user accounts and appropriate privilege levels. We detailed some advanced commands such as ssh- generate-key and iplog . You should become very familiar with the entire list of commands in this chapter before taking the exam.
