You might not want to share a ton of pictures with everyone on the planet. You just have one that you'd like to send to one special person, attached to an email. Elements can do this for you, without even making you open up your mail program yourself. Just open the picture you want to send, and then choose File, Attach to E-mail, or click the Attach to E-mail button. If the file isn't currently saved as a JPEG, you'll be asked whether you want it converted. You probably do, unless you're quite sure the recipient has the software to see it in whatever format you are sending. Next your usual message window will open. The file is already attached, so all you need to add is the address, subject, and a message. Then click the Send button to send it off. |
