As the workshop title implies, Project Management Essentials introduces most of the fundamental concepts of project management. By providing considerably more practice and interactive time, the two-day schedule lays a foundation for further study and at the same time gives participants most of the tools and techniques needed to work effectively on a project team and create project tools with confidence.

The material in the two-day version of the workshop goes into greater depth and allows more time for practice and discussion of the concepts. Participants from the half-day and one-day versions of the class would encounter many familiar concepts but also would find sufficiently new materials here to hold their interests ‚ especially if they attended the shorter workshops more than a few weeks earlier.
