You will find the following four PowerPoint presentations on the CD:
‚ Half-Day Workshop.ppt
‚ One-Day Workshop.ppt
‚ Two-Day Workshop.ppt
‚ Modules.ppt .
If you double-click on a .ppt file, it will open in PowerPoint edit mode. However, if you right click, you may use the shortcut menu and select ‚“Show, ‚½ which will start the presentation in full-screen slide-show view, starting with the first slide in your presentation. (See Table A-1 for tips on navigating through a PowerPoint presentation.)
Work your way through the slide presentations several times to become familiar with the interface and to anticipate any ‚“surprise ‚½ slides you may have forgotten. Some printer installations allow you to print as many as 16 slides on a printed page, and these can be helpful in providing you with a thumb-nail map of your presentation. You may also wish to add speaker ‚ s notes to the slides, especially if you will be sharing presentation responsibilities with others in your organization. Speakers notes, the activity outlines provided here, and modular content materials will help you maintain consistency and reusability of training materials so that you may develop and maintain workshops more efficiently .
