On the CD, you will find all of the source code from the examples in the book. I recommend that you copy all of the samples to your hard drive before playing around with it. You will be unable to compile the source if it is left on the CD, but moving it to the hard drive fixes the compilation errors. Also, executable files for each and every demo program are included.
