A concise description of value that translates performance improvement into financial improvement relevant to the listener ‚ s current priorities. The value is linked to a goal that the person making the statement would like to achieve next to add even more value to an organization.
Value Theme:
A statement of a specific intervention to an organizational problem or an activity that will have a positive effect on a financial measure, in terms of how and why that problem or measure will be affected.
