To hide a column, Ctrl-click the column head you want to hide and choose Hide Column. To show a column, Ctrl-click the column head where you want the new column to appear and choose the column from the shortcut menu.

Adds a marker and then opens the Edit Marker window

Shift-M

Moves the playhead forward to the next marker

Option-M

Moves the playhead backward to the previous marker

Shift-up arrow

Moves the playhead backward to the next marker

Shift-down arrow

Moves the playhead forward to the next marker

Cmd-U

Makes a subclip from a marked clip or a clip with a marker
