The List Box Control

The list box control offers functionality similar to the drop-down list box control. A user may select one option of several offered .

The options offered in a list box control can be populated from a static list created in the list box properties or from a secondary data source (as described for the drop-down list box control).

The choice between the drop-down list box control (which I find more elegant) and the list box control is largely a matter of personal preference. Figure 4.20 shows a simple list box control example.
