As stated at the beginning of this chapter, you can also set options for fields. The table below lists the options we'll set for the fields created so far.
To set options, double-click the field's name in the field list (or select the field and click the Options button). An Options dialog box appears for the field. Set options on as many tabs as you like and then click OK to save the field's new settings. The options in the table are explained in the pages that follow.
