What is CPT?

CPT is a credential designed for practitioners in HPT, performance improvement, training, psychology, organizational development, human resource development, and other related fields of workplace learning. Performance technologists focus on results, take a systems viewpoint, add value to the organization, and establish partnerships. They use systematic approaches to assess needs; analyze causes; and design, develop, implement, and evaluate projects or their workplace activities.
