Every organization will need to prepare a backup and recovery strategy and, more importantly, schedule the testing of this strategy at intervals. This is to ensure that as the business changes its operations and functioning, the strategic elements that were defined in the early stages are still valid. The actual strategy depends on the organizational needs, based on the criticallity of data and its availability. Since every organization will more or less tailor the backup and recovery strategies to what most fits their business requirements, no sample stratagies have been provided.
