In Chapter 5, we introduced the concept of an Object Model, which is used by browsers to internally represent a Web page. In Chapter 6, we provided an overview of scripting. A key feature of the Object Model is its ability to be controlled through scripting. This chapter details how scripts can manipulate and interact with the Object Model.
