Macromedia Flash MX's drawing tools provide a lot of power, but that doesn't mean you have to abandon all other sources of graphic material. You may already be using another vector graphics program ”Macromedia FreeHand or Adobe Illustrator, for example ” and feel more comfortable with its tools or want to take advantage of some advanced features it offers. Or you may want to include scanned photos or other bitmaps in your Flash movie, or use a body of artwork that you created outside Flash. Don't despair; you can import those graphics into Flash.
