Success Criteria for Build Track

A Build Track has been successfully completed when all solution elements are built and complete, where complete means a solution operates as specified and requires no additional development of features or capabilities other than to stabilize what has been built. Depending on the build methodology used, testing plays a role in either leading or supporting solution construction. Either way, the team and the stakeholders have a high degree of confidence that a solution operates as specified.
