The purpose of this introduction is to take a brief moment to introduce the authors and get to know them in respect to their deployment experiences, and tell you a little about what you can expect to read in the chapters that follow.

Every author of a technical resource such as this book has a little fear that the time and dedication it takes to record our thoughts on a particular subject will never get purchased and subsequently not read.
