Right-Aligned Tab

Once again, don’t use a right-aligned tab to right-align one item of text. For instance, if you’re putting the date at the top-right of your page, just right-align the paragraph instead of creating a right-aligned tab setting.

The right-aligned tab button is depicted in Figure 8-9.

Use the right-aligned tab setting when you need to type more than one item of text on the line, as shown in Figure 8-10.
