About the Author

Back when most of us were still in awe of self-correcting typewriters and home PCs were the exception rather than the rule, Anne Troy was creating her own databases and teaching fellow employees how to use mail merge and create templates. Leaving the office administration field for the challenges of an ITbased career was a natural progression.

These days, her resume shows extensive experience in desktop publishing, project management for Microsoft Office VBA development, Microsoft Office Helpdesk Analyst and Trainer. All of these services are offered through her website:

Ms. Troy is the mother of one grown daughter and lives in Quakertown, Pennsylvania with her husband and business partner, Scott Pierson.

On the rare occasions when her hands are not flying between a keyboard and a mouse, she uses them to pick up her new grandson.
