Conclusion

This chapter focused on adding, editing, and displaying records in Access forms. I discussed how forms inherited field characteristics from the underlying table, and I presented specific techniques for better data entry. In the next chapter, I discuss finding and retrieving the records you enter.

Note that you can download the NiftyLionsChap6End.mdb file, which shows the objects in the database as they now appear, assuming that you've done the numbered exercises in order. Chapter 6 had relatively few such exercises, however, so NiftyLionsChap6End.mdb is not much different from NiftyLionsChap6.mdb. It does include the minor changes from the case example that follows.
