It's true! Borland's Tools API allows new wizards, menu items, editor features, debugging support, tool bar buttons , and much more to be added to both the C++Builder and Delphi IDEs. It's quite powerful, and in this chapter we'll look at how to make use of the Tools API for C++Builder.
