Figure 14-12 shows a sample results list. The searched text displays in red even if it is only a partial match. CSA MC Help Menu

The CSA MC comes with a built-in searchable Help menu. This online documentation is very thorough and should be the first place you look for assistance when attempting to understand any of the CSA objects and MC usage. You can access the Help menu in two basic ways. The first possible way to access the Help menu is from any CSA MC web page by choosing the Help menu option on the navigation bar. You have three options available from this menu:

  • Online Help Provides searchable help documentation, as shown in Figure 14-20

    Figure 14-20. Online Help Menu

  • Technical Support Links to the Cisco support website (http://www.cisco.com/tac)

  • About Provides a pop-up window with the CSA MC version information

You can also access the CSA Help menu via two other links available from any CSA MC page. Using these links will provide the same Help menu; however, these links bring you directly to the specific portion of the menu relating to section of the CSA MC you were configuring. You can locate the two context-specific Help links as follows:

  • The Help option in the upper-right corner of the screen

  • The Help option available by right-clicking any CSA MC web page to reveal a small menu

Figure 14-21 provides examples of both options.
