This chapter discusses all the key components of using Windows Server 2003 to implement and maintain a remote access solution. It first introduced you to Routing and Remote Access and then moved on to the configuration and management of RRAS for remote user access and secure network-to-network communications. Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) were discussed at length, including the three types of VPNs that Windows Server 2003 supports. The chapter concludes with a discussion of troubleshooting remote access and demand-dial connections as well as a brief introduction to the newest feature of RRAS, the Network Access Quarantine Control. |
