The following software is required to complete the procedures in this course.

• Windows 2000 Server

• Windows 2000 Professional

The following software is required to complete specific exercises that cover security issues specific to the software. If you do not have the software to complete an exercise, you should read the material to be familiar with the concepts presented.

• Windows 98

• Apple Macintosh OS X 10.1 or later

• Microsoft ISA Server

• Microsoft SQL 2000 Server

• Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server

• A 120-day evaluation copy of Microsoft Windows 2000 Server is included on the CD-ROMs in this training kit. Evaluation versions of the remaining required software are available for download from http://www.microsoft.com.
