Microsoft Office Update Template Gallery

In addition to the project template files supplied with Microsoft Project, additional templates are continually being added to the Microsoft Project Web site. To see these templates, in Microsoft Project, click File, New. On the New Project page of the Project Guide, click Templates On Microsoft.com. To navigate to the Web site yourself, enter the Web site address, click the Meetings, Events, And Projects link, and then click the Project Management link.

PMI publishes A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), which details generally accepted project management standards, practices, knowledge areas, and terminology.

Microsoft Project Users Group (MPUG)

The Microsoft Project Users Group is an independent users group formed with the support and recognition of Microsoft. The Web site offers information about a variety of Microsoft Project and project management resources, with a goal to improve the understanding and use of Microsoft Project and related products.
