Microsoft maintains a Web site, http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com, that can provide you with the latest information about new device drivers and other software components that might have become available for your system. It's an excellent idea to visit this site periodically and download from it any new items that the site recommends. To get to the Windows Update site:

The Windows Update site checks your hardware and software (without Microsoft retaining any information), and then it checks to see if any updates are available. In addition to offering new components via download, the site also provides quick access to online support, where you can get answers to questions you might have about your system.
