For those of you who are too young to remember a time before there were those tiny pads of paper with sticky strips for affixing notes to stuff, let me tell you, those were rough times, indeed. We all had to walk five miles to school in the snow and had to paperclip notes to documents - a chore you are just plain lucky to have avoided.
Because personal computers proliferated on millions of desktops, I'm sure we've all been waiting for the electronic equivalent of those handy adhesive-covered notes. You'll be glad to know it's finally here.
Sticky Notes is a cool little feature of Windows XP for Tablet PC. Using this program, you can create electronic handwritten notes and attach them to your electronic desktop or documents. You can also record audio notes, or use a combination of audio and written content in a single note.
Settle back and prepare to have your note-taking world (gently) shaken.
