Sharing Notes

If you create a note and want to share it with someone else, you can forward the note. When you forward a note, you send the entire note as an attachment to an e-mail message. You can send the note to someone in your Contacts list, or to anyone else with an e-mail address. Suppose you are taking notes during a phone call with a client, who suggests you and a colleague meet over lunch . You can forward the note you made about the meeting to your co-worker to keep her informed of the appointment and ask if she'd like to join you.
