Introduction

You probably have sticky notes on your desk, computer monitor, files, or other locations where they can't be easily overlooked. Most people use sticky notes to jot down phone numbers , reminders, and comments to themselves or others. Although a great invention, they also create clutter, especially when you have several notes tacked around your work area.

Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 eliminates this clutter by providing electronic notes, short text entries you can save, edit, and move to anywhere within Outlook, your desktop, or another file in another program. Outlook notes look like their paper counterparts, except that they appear on your computer screen. You can keep them open as you work in Outlook and other programs, refer to them as necessary, and then move or close them when you no longer need them.
