Creating and Viewing Multiple Calendars

If you need to create another calendar, Outlook makes it easy to add one and then view them side by side. When you view multiple calendars side by side, the calendars scroll together and are color -coded and labeled to help you quickly compare schedules or schedule meetings. After you open another person's calendar, it appears in the Calendar pane, where you can select or clear the check box next to the person's name to show or hide it.
