Sending and Receiving a vCard

In addition to sending your own vCard with your e-mail messages, you can send information for a contact in your Contacts folder as a vCard. The Forward As vCard command allows you to create a vCard as an attachment in an e-mail message, which you can send to another person. The recipient can then save that vCard directly into his or her own Contacts folder without retyping the information.
