Deleting Several Words
To delete several words at once, hold down the Ctrl key as you press the Delete or Backspace key repeatedly.

Restoring Deleted Text
If you delete text accidentally , you can use the Undo feature to get it back. See the next task to learn how.
To delete a block of text, first select the text.
After the text is selected, press the Delete key.
To replace existing text with text you type, first select the existing text.
