Overview

Just as the DMAIC model has several methodologies and specific tools that are used in the analysis of the problems for each of the phases, so does the DCOV model. These typical methodologies and tools are:

• Statistics/modeling/simulation.

• Reliability.

• Function structures.

• Axiomatic designs.

• Audit.
