Chapter 39. Creating Cool Text Effects

Paint Shop Pro enables you to enter text into your images via the Text tool. No explicit special effects are built into the Text tool. However, with a little ingenuity and the application of some of the other Paint Shop Pro tools and effects, you can create some amazing effects with text.
